Personal care plans
Start with a free home visit. A care manager meets you and your loved one, learns their routines and wishes, then puts together a written plan with clear hours and a clear price. Add visits, change days or pause, whenever life changes.
How care begins
Most families start care within a week of their first call, and nobody is ever rushed into a decision.
A free, no-pressure call with a care advisor who listens first.
A care manager meets you at home to plan care around real routines.
We introduce a caregiver matched on personality, skills and interests.
Visits start, notes arrive after each one and we check in every week.
Caregiver matching
We hire fewer than one in ten applicants. Every caregiver is interviewed in person, reference and background checked, and trained by our own team before their first visit. Then we match on what really matters: personality, language, interests and the little things.
Our caregivers
Warm, patient and endlessly reliable. Our caregivers live in the neighbourhoods they serve, and many have been with us for years.
Senior caregiver
Grace has spent nine years helping people stay happily at home. Ask her about her tomato plants.
Companion caregiver
A former primary school teacher with endless stories, card games and the best soup recipes.
Live-in caregiver
Calm, steady and a keen chess player. Samuel specialises in overnight and live-in care.
Memory care lead
Amara leads our memory care team, bringing music, patience and calm to every visit.
Care plans & pricing
Simple hourly and live-in rates, written into your plan before care begins. No joining fees and no long-term contracts.
Visits from two hours, as often as you like.
$34per hour
Regular hands-on support, planned around daily routines.
$36per hour
A caregiver living in the home, for round-the-clock reassurance.
$1,890per week
Weekend and holiday visits add 10%. Long-term care insurance may help with the cost, and we are happy to help with the paperwork.
Family stories
Grace has become part of Mum's week. They garden, they bake, they argue about crosswords. For the first time in two years I sleep through the night.
I live four hours away. The visit notes and photos mean I know how Dad really is, not just what he tells me on the phone.
The care manager came to the house, listened to my wife and me for an hour and found us a caregiver who speaks Portuguese. That meant everything.
The Kindred family app
Check-ins, visit notes and photos arrive after every visit, so brothers, sisters and grandchildren all share the same picture. Change the schedule or message the care team in a tap.
